Evan - 8 Days - Newborn Session

Meet sweet baby boy Evan, who was 8 days old when he came to visit me this week at our studio.

Evan was 6 pounds of total perfection, with the most handsome face and a perfect head of hair! He was a dream baby to photograph, meaning, he slept through most of the session and he let me do all the curly poses without a fuss. After a quick feeding and changing break, he was curious about his surroundings and wanted to keep those big blue eyes open long enough for me to get some shots of him calm and awake-which doesn't always happen, so it was a happy surprise! Absolutely precious.

On a personal note, this little man is very special to me because in 2015, we were his Mommy and Daddy's wedding photographers! We couldn't have asked for a sweeter couple to photograph and had such a great time being their photographers.

We then photographed Evan's big brother at his preschool for several years and watched him grow from a toddler to school age. So when I was asked to photograph this family's new little man, it truly made my heart happy to share in their excitement for the birth of their second son. 

Evan, I loved my time with you and all the baby snuggles you gave me.
